Last week, the Polytechnic of Security Studies (part of SSBM Geneva) organized an unforgettable team-building event, which combined entertainment, education and exploration of beautiful Istria. It was an ideal opportunity to connect and create new experiences with colleagues.
Presentations
The day began with presentations that recalled the most important achievements of the Polytechnic in recent years. The expert teams shared their experiences and work results, emphasizing the progress that was achieved together. It was motivating to see how much was achieved through the cooperation and dedication of all employees.
Karting race
After the more serious part of the program, it was time for some adrenaline. Employees tried their hand at karting, where speed and competitive spirit came to the fore. Laughter and excitement were not absent, and the friendly atmosphere further strengthened mutual relations among colleagues. Karting was the real hit of the day, providing a combination of fun and challenge.
Excursion to Istria and the opening of the Učka tunnel
Team-building would not be complete without exploring the beautiful Istria. The employees went on a trip through Istria, where they enjoyed the scenery and local sights. But the highlight of the day was participation in the ceremonial opening of the second tube of the Učka tunnel, one of the largest infrastructure projects in Croatia after the Pelješko bridge.
At the end of the day, everyone agreed that this combination of business and social activities is key to future success. We look forward to new opportunities to socialize, learn and progress together!
